Matt Watson exclusively represents tenants in the search for office or industrial space and in the past 11 years has represented more than 200 different companies in the Austin area including BancVue, Maxwell Auto Group, Fidelity National Title, ePlus, Smiley Media, ProAce Technology, Granite Construction and Austin Baptist Church. His extensive background in working with complex issues and managing every facet of the leasing process has allowed him to quickly understand and anticipate his client’s needs and become and expert in the field of office leasing. Matt enjoys working with a variety of different clients, from churches to construction companies, but primarily focuses on medium sized technology, software, marketing and law firms in Northwest and Downtown Austin. He takes personal pride in negotiating the best possible terms he can for his clients and strives to treat every transaction as if it were his own.
Matt is from Houston and has lived in central Texas for more than 20 years. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a business degree in Finance and immediately pursued a career in Tenant Representation in the Austin area. He is an active member of Austin’s Commercial Leasing Brokers Association and the Greater Austin Area Chapter of the University of Oklahoma Alumni Association. Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time his wife, Dawn, and 3 year old daughter, Taylor, fishing, traveling, mountain biking and watching college sports with friends.
